OK i have installed Game4video ENB- 1.0.7 by steamlcpd, the older one and everything looks awesome, except the fact that none of the emergency vehicles, police...ambulance...fire have there lights on ever, responding to my backup calls or running there own. They have sirens on but no lights flashing. Any idea's as to why? I did not change a thing in the enb settings. Computer specs are below just in case, Im still new to this but not totaly a noob. I don't have any other graphic mods installed, just the one listed. But I do have several other mods like lcpdfr, obviously and a variety of the popular ones on this site. Also if anyone can help me with spotlight mod, have done everything i've seen people give support on and it crashes everytime. I know this is a double post, apologize if it's in wrong place or whatever, but appreciate everyone of you modders and for all the free stuff, when I stumbled upon lcpdfr i was immediately hooked, being as i'm in real life EMS and FIRE. Cannot get enough of it, and i've actually used this game on computer to run scenario's with my fire dept, so you guys rock and help out in more ways than you know! Keep up the good work and thanks again! I'll jump off my soap box now. Any help would be awesome :)

Did you replace your emergency vehicles with ELS enabled vehicles then you need to download the ELS V6 mod from GTAPoliceMods.com .

ELS v6 is installed, all lights work perfect on any car I'm in that's els enabled, it's just the other cars drivin by the computer that have els don't have them on when responding to a scene, they respond with sirens just no lights.

Open up ELS.ini in notepad and look for where is says Ai_ELS_SP and change the value to 1 . Be warned thought that having the AI use ELS might cause GTA 4 to crash sometimes .
