The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Are you able to launch GTA in story mode? if so open rage after your game as loaded. If it crashes again, it is most likely something (script, etc) you may have installed. 

Use the rage menu to reload all plugins. see if that helps.

    1. That is the incorrect log. You want the txt file in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.
    2. Rename mods to _mods and try again.
