Hi, I had mods installed but wanted to play GTA online for a bit so I used "GTA mod remove tool" and put everything into the whitelist.

I played online for some time and then put the mods back from the whitelist to GTA folder.

Now when I run RPH the game will not start, and if I run RPH and GTA simultaneously it says that I need to verify my game data which I did without the mods.

Can I fix this, or do I need to reinstall all my mods?

Simple test is to rename mods to _mods and see if the game launches. If it does, you can either remove what mods you installed one by one and test after each removal or you can restart your mods folder.

The game without mods folder loads normally, but I mean the game worked perfectly before I played online. There is nothing wrong with the mods

I doubt that. If the game is working fine with the mods folder disabled, then the issue is clearly the mods folder.

You can either revert changes you made one by one and test after each removal or you can restart your mods folder.
