    Hey,
    ELS is not working. Pressing J or CTRL + P does nothing.
    Custom cars show up fine, I use San Andreas State Police Pack.
    My mods: simple trainer, scripthook, callout manger + callous

    It looks like the files that this OIV package is trying to modify are being used. Try closing GTAV first. If this doesn't solve it, restart your computer. This will kill any rockstar services that may be tripping OIV.
     
    BTW: The reason why EUP worked is because it probably wasn't loaded in-game.

    I would go to OpenIV -> tools -> ASI Manager. Reinstall those. Then give your PC a restart, boot up GTAV and give it another shot.
