Replace Vehicles go into: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\Patchday28g9ec\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf via OpenIV.

Addon Vehicle DLC Packs go into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. Then you copy and paste the appropriate dlclist.xml line into the dlclist.xml in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data. Using addon vehicles may require a customized gameconfig and Heap and Packfile adjusters.

    You can either rename it so it will replace a base vehicle or you need to make your own addon pack for it.
