while I can't give you advice on your specific configuration, I'd like to share the specs of my laptop which I bought some 2 years ago and which produces decent results for GTA5.

 

Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-53

i7 10750H

16GB 2666MHz DDR4

HP SSD 500GB

That should be just fine to use, tho, i would get 32Gb RAM. But to start with 16Gb would do, you can always upgrade later to 32Gb.(make sure it supports it)

I know the Asus G15 G513 works both on power plug in and on battery power. (The one with AMD graphics.)
