The textures on cars and buildings are all right but say for example on the back of a police jacket that says police on it the text is very blurry and hard to read it is also distorted and almost stretched. Can someone tell me what to do to fix this. By the way when I look at the model on OpenIV the textures look fine but when I get in game they are all messed up.

The only solution that I can think of is go into OpenIV then do the steps.

 

componentpeds.img > model texture that's blury > highlight the clothing texture > properties > a number will be there > make it 2.

 

Hope this helps.  If it doesn't, I don't have any other solutions!

I have the same problem, but i use spark IV. The text on the back of my uniforms are blurry and barely read-able
