Hello, i just installed attempted crime callouts and simple callouts, and now i cant hear anything like the sirens and the peds talking, i can only hear the callouts.

That callout is not supported atm
Try and remove that from your installation. You should restart completely after.

Sometimes the game starts like that and sometimes i hear everything

And i have another problem with stop the ped, i have the interact button of stop the ped at g (i tried o too) and it wont open the car menu where you can analyse the guns, and i cant search veichles, the other functions work well.

Policesmartradio sometimes bugs out and speedradarlite does nothing (if i bind it to any buttom it wont do anything)

Sorry, i do not use STP or any other plugin, only my own.
You DO however need to remove that simple callouts-plugin.

Oh ya.. One way to test if plugins causes an issue is to rename the folder Mods, to _Mods, and try to load LSPDFR in vanilla version.
If that fails you have more issues than your plugins, and you should start by makibng sure you have all updated -That includes your GTA-basegame -Verify your installation if you can (EPIC & STEAM)
