Does anyone have or know of a flashlight attachment either for over the should or attachment to your vest that will stay on during a traffic stop so you can still hold your weapon.

You can attach the light to a weapon.

Yes but you have to be pointing a gun at them to use it I want to be able to have have it attached to me so my hands are free to cuff or write a ticket but still have a light on them

The solution would be to attach the flashlight to a bone of the model.
That is something i have not looked at, but there are many bone-options for models.
