Replaced vehicles don't show up in the game.

So I have this problem where I'm replacing a police vehicle in OpenIV. The vehicle appears in OpenIV but in game it still is what is was previously. I've been trying different vehicles and everything even different patchdays but nothing works.

Make sure you do this in your mods folder. Try patchday26 ( mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday26ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf ) and in there just drop the vehicle files in. Try to just install one named police and name all 3 files the same (like in the screenshot). And try to just spawn it in game via a mod menu or look for it driving around. That should work.
