The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

hello im very new to lspdfr and if i try to launch it keeps saying ''Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus'' i have tried ALL OF THE FIXES and nothing has worked. i hope someone has a idea how to fix it.

[and please do not reply with ''restart ur pc'' or try to reinstall or like turn off ur firewall bc none of them worked i have even tried to rename and do stuff with the folder]

Reinstall LSPDFR using manual option, disable GeForce overlay and give administrator privileges to RPH and Rockstar Launcher. IIRC disabling Real Time Protection in Windows settings helped people out too.
