every time i ask a npc he only answer like 4 question then none and to make it clear it's not 4 questions per npc no i ask a ped only 4 answers are showin in subtitles and then even when i ask another ped his answers wont show there is a answer notification sound and they shake their head but no answer showing what so ever and sometimes very rarely when they do answer they give bugged reply like *06* or *gs* or *xi* .(I have the ingame notification all of em turned on and subtitles also on , latest rage version , tried reinstalling lspdfr but no chance) ill provide my log and thanks for any help to provide.

alright people the way to fix it is by removing Menyoo
