    To be clear, you installed stop the ped at: I:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\StopThePed.dll
     
    you need to move it to: I:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\StopThePed.dll
    the same with the file stoptheped.ini
