После входа в смену происходит краш LSPDF, выскакивает окно и все плагины слетают, может это из-за какого-то плагина?
А теперь вообще игра вылетает после чёрного экрана загрузки LSPDFR

Oops, I'm sorry, I thought I translated that. In general, I have already checked, it's not because of the plugins that the game crashes, it even crashes in the usual GTA without plugins. Yeah, crashes. Are they still frequent and common if you start up the game via launcher not rph?

Yes, the game crashes without RPH when I drive a car, I have a video, I can attach 
I even renamed the mods folder and it still crashes in the city center, strange

Im not to familiar with the graphic mod, but heap adjuster  and a gameconfig are always helpful.
