hi

every time i try to play my game it comes up with this has stopped working you need to close the programe to find a fix so i click close and nothing comes up!

is there any patch i need or any help to fix this problem?

Is your game cracked? If so, its a common error - buy the game.

Do you know what patch of GTA you are on?

Hmh, try posting a pic of your GTA IV folder, also tell what version of IV you are running and are you using any mods?

i got the game 2nd hand so just uploaded it and couldnt tell you the patch

as for pictures i will try and post them online

Hhmh, for a pretty fast way to find out the version, run our diag tool actually and tell what version it says your IV is.

just got gtaiv_1.0.7.0_patch and trying to install that now but dont think its working

open the menu to play online or offline but when i press play nothing happens

this is what my fold look like im still having problems playing the game every time i put the disc in it as me to login to social club so put my username and pass in and press play then the mouse goes to reading disc then nothing happens

just one thing if an update of this comes out. i had to use my tabs key to get onto the "start" button as it wouldnt show on my screen

but heres what i got and hopefully can sort the error out

Can you edit your posts instead of double posting?

And try resizing the bottom of the window downwards. It seems to have hidden the button.

And there should be a button on the results window saying More Information or something. Click it and post the contents here.

ok so i took it off my pc and reinstalled it was working fine then when i went to install the FR addon now the game wont lode any answers?

Run the diagnostics tool, what items appear as a orange cross?

And stop double posting, use the " Edit" button

Have you started the normal game? Like completed a few of GTA's missions?

run the G17 got all greens

have unistalled the FR file and the game will run now so think its the FR file as game runs fine without it

yep installed them all just incase but no luck

i have just installed it again and seems to be when i put the patch on it wont play could this be the problem?
