The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I recently made a fresh install of LSPDFR and installed EUP, everything seems normal until I see paramedics and they look... well creepy.

 

I have tried reinstalling EUP and using "EUPFR Basic Configurations" with no changes.

 

Thanks in advance for any help.

    I had a similar issue.  Try downloading and installing the EUP Serve and Rescue along with your EUP basic.  Should resolve the issue.  Might want to look at the EUP Law and Order pack, that's a pretty good one.  I run Both L&O as well as S&R,
