Any Idea How To get cops patrol the streets like it use to when the game came out day one, we had like biker cops sitting on the side of highways esc.

are you talking about with out lspdfr running?

 

there is a mod for that, but its outdated so you would need to edit the file youself to get it working

well yes and no, it works on both, as i had a cop try to pull me over while i was chasing a car once lol, after that i disabled the mod when i run lspdfr
