{HELP} Whole game crashes upon receiving a callout.

My game crashes when a callout appears or if i force one here's my RPH log.

Thanks bro, it's a long process but I'll give it a try. Idk why it's happening suddenly earlier I had played on these versions without any crashes but I had to reinstall game and this specific version of game and both lspdfr for some reason and now it's not working ppl said it's the slimdx error I tried putting it into exceptions list but no fruit anyhow if there's any short way to resolve that that'll be much appreciated thanks again.
