internet to slow for muliplayer??

hi guys, i have a question, i have gta iv im in a clan and i need to have my internet run faster...  when i do a speed test it says around 12 to 16   and other people say theres are 25+ and i want to now is there any way to make my internet faster!1   i have att uverse internet the best one they have

You'll needa be a bit more specific on your speed. First off, include the unit of measurement, in most cases its Mbps. As well, do you know if you have 12-16 Mbps DOWNLOAD or UPLOAD speed? If it's download speed, you're pretty solid there and if it's upload speed that's a very fast speed. Chances are though, your upload speed is about 1 Mbps

 

Because mulitplayer games both upload, and download information to and from each player. having a high speed in both categories is necessary..

Computer running to slow has to do with graphics.

 

Sometimes, you have to crank em down to low.

 

For example, I can roll with almost all HD settings on SP. But in MP I run with medium settings to be safe!
