but anyways, my LCPD:FR is working perfectly, but one thing annoys me over comprehension. When I shoot a ped in their torso in a shootout (however they trip over and stumble in the ground for while) they just won't die! I have used shotgun, pistol, and every damn weapon in GTA IV but when I shoot in torso, they take no damage for some reason but Headshot kills always..

any ideas how to fix?

I don't think it's as pronounced with Bravehearts 2.2 script.  When I'm leaving my home, sometimes I'll put a sticky bomb in the hallway leading out to the front door/street.  When I get outside I'll trigger the bomb and get about 7-15 people running at me, pissed off, trying to kick the crap out of me (some park their cars and get out to attack me).  I was able to take out all 10-perps with my BBbat easily with the newer 2.2 version... 2.1 and earlier, it was almost impossible to do so.

Good day,

If you're using my script then that may well be the cause.  Try the 2.2 update:
