Signal 11 Gaming Is a roleplay community on Grand Theft Auto IV (4) LCPDFR (Liberty City Police Department: First Response) which uses map modifications and modifications to GTA IV (4) It's self to offer a variety of realistic roleplay from roleplaying as a public servant, to gang member, to a civilian or non-criminal-affiliated subject.
