Plugin sounds missing after deleting Grammar police

Hello, i'll start by saying that i'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this, if it's not i'm sorry and i can post in the correct one if needed.

So the issue i'm currently having is that i had downloaded Grammar police, but i deleted it after couple of hours, i must have deleted it wrong, because when forcing duty after launching the game some kind of error was popping up, but i still was able to go un duty, but i had no dispatch, ELS and Prowler radar sounds. I turned the game off, looked for some leftover Grammar police files, and deleted them, now i can force duty with no problems, and i have the dispatch sounds, but still no ELS button sounds and no Prowler radar sounds. I'll attach my RPH log. Thanks in advance!
