why can't i drag and drop a car file into the dlc packs in open IV?

when i try to drag and drop the car file it shows  yes i am in edit mode

just to make sure, your trying to drag the rtf and rtd files right?  hmm, i just tried to drag a zip file in and it would let me, maybe your rpf file is too big thus not allowing you to add any more vehicles to it?, i would also check to see if your rpf file your trying to add stuff to isnt set as read only nvm on that one too, i just tried a read-only file and it still let me add to it, so my guessing is that your rpf file might be too big
