modded cars are not spawning

i installed some police/fire cars in open iv i used patchday 20 and it was fine till a couple hours later i do remember installing a config and all that stuff to my game but ones i got on only vanilla cars where spawning so i tried to use patchday 22 and that didnt work either

what cars exactly? (i dont mean the ones you downloaded, what are the names of the ones you want to replace as there is like 5 police?)

altho if you do like what i did in my game, all my police are in one rpf file

but that's a little more complicated
