The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

lspdfr not freezing just stuck on gtav loading screen

I have checked mods folder and everything appears to be fine. I've changed  mods to _mods that doesn't fix the problem. I've tried everything

on lspdfr support that I could locate and nothing is fixing the game. this just started when I updated gtav and lspdfr to the newest version  

LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 8382 - RPH Fix  it loads everything else but i get stopped on the screen with the picture's and when it shows the plugins being

loaded into the game. Its not crashing it just keeps getting suck on that loading screen and never actually loads into the game. can anyone help?
