Cars Are Disappearing in Traffic... (Not LOD Related)

Featured Replies

In story mode and in LSPDFR, cars randomly despawn in traffic. I don't think this is a LOD issue because cars sometimes despawn right next to you. Attached is a video of me driving around in story mode, but note that the same thing happens in LSPDFR.

Solved! Just copy the non-mods folder update.rpf file into the mods folder.

This doesnt fix anything, simply reverts any mods installed in update.rpf.

Do you know what caused the issue in the first place?

The issue for me seemed to only occur because of the outdated update.rpf file. After doing this I also downloaded an updated gameconfig file and my game worked normally.

well yea, doing this will revert your game back to the default, as your useing the stock file, so ANY mod (dlc mod, like eup, cars exc) you installed will now not load so if you do this you need to re-edit your update.rpf to the way you had it (i have a notepad which tells me what edits i made to what file so that when i have to update gta , i know what i need to re-edit)
