Multiplayer Crash

Featured Replies

I have been searching all over forums to find a solve for this, I can't find one anywhere. I last about 5 minutes, if that in Multiplayer until the game closes because 'My computer is running too slowly'. Someone said about using a command line but that hasn't helped. Anyone else who can help?

You need to turn your router off for about 30 mins, your NAT type is too strict. Hope it helps!

Wrong.

30 Seconds is the standard reset time for any home router.

If that fails, use something such as a pen or threading needle and push down on the tiny "Reset" button on the router until the lights blink (varies depending on the model of the router)

EDIT: Also, turn down the graphical settings via the in-game menu. When playing online it is advised you lower your settings to avoid such issues

But resetting it causes and custom passwords or firewall settings to be erased.

Yes, but it also releases any errors it could be giving out such as IP conflicts and DNS issues.

As it's a last resort, I wouldn't advise doing it until he attempts the other procedures I suggested
