LSPDFR causing weird issues with outfit overlay and modded vehicle windows.

Issue:-

As you can see by the first screenshot, the "Component 10" which is for "Overlays like text and emblems" is the main one I'm having an issue with.

They don't appear at all on my character, even tried on different models with no luck. (I have the "Paramedic" emblem set which is #66-0)

As you can see by the second screenshot, the emblem is not showing at all but then, I also noticed that my modded vehicle's windows were also not showing its transparency.

As you can see by the third screenshot, this is how it looks without LSPDFR, the emblem is displaying including the modded vehicle's windows transparency, both working as intended.

Note:-

This issue doesn't occur at all if I remove LSPDFR and keep all other mods like shown on the third screenshot.

And, I have already tried removing all mods/plugins then re-downloading and doing a clean installation of LSPDFR only in vanilla game, but the issue still persists even after disabling loading of all plugins during startup in RagePluginHook. So, I've narrowed down to the conclusion that LSPDFR is causing these weird issues.
