RAGEPluginHook refuses to start/closes after system validation
Ok, I fixed my problem myself. Here's what I did:- 1. Uninstalled all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables. 2. Instead of downloading them from the official link stated under Requirements in RPH site, I downloaded everything from 2005 to 2022 from this official link and installed them all. 3. I also installed .Net Framework v4.8.1 instead of v4.6.2 from this official link. 4. Restarted system. Finally, I launched RPH and the launcher ran without any crash and loaded the game with LSPDFR without issue.

RAGEPluginHook refuses to start/closes after system validation
@UnknownBastion Is there no way to contact RPH devs themselves about this? Because this looks like a special case to me based on the launcher error message.

Uninstalled them, installed the new one, restarted but issue remains the same. Here's the screenshot of my registry:-

I don't have any in-game overlays, I always disable them everywhere. Here's the launcher log:- RagePluginHookLauncher.log

Still nothing.

I already have all perms.

RAGEPluginHook refuses to start/closes after system validation
That is included in the exclusion automatically because I've excluded the entire folder. Before you ask, yes, I've already tried excluding the RPH executable itself as well, the result is always the same.

RAGEPluginHook refuses to start/closes after system validation
1. Yes, normal game including non-RPH mods work fine. (RPH worked fine before GTA V Update. After update, it still works on my Laptop but not on my Desktop) 2. Microsoft Defender (Entire folder is excluded so all files/executables inside is included) 3. I never got any threat warning for RPH and I've confirmed by looking at Protection History.

That is not going to happen. Also, I tried it on my laptop and it works there for some reason but doesn't on my desktop.

RAGEPluginHook refuses to start/closes after system validation
I have installed the latest LSPDFR on a clean installation of the latest GTA V via Epic Games but when I try to start RPH, it opens, validates hook, validates system and immediately closes. If I start the game first and then start RPH then it doesn't even open at all causing normal GTA V to be loaded instead. There is no RPH's log generated even with administrator mode and I've already added my GTA V folder to my Windows Defender's exclusion list.

PEDS Overhaul
I've faced some issues with the recommended config meta files. The location of the "zonebind.ymt" file is placed in "x64\levels" when it should actually be in "x64\levels\gta5". The player isn't able to shoot police officers but you can melee them up close with a gun. It causes weird issues with other mods like Player Companion that utilizes peds causing them to not function properly.

LSPDFR causing weird issues with outfit overlay and modded vehicle windows.
Found out this was an issue with RagePluginHook itself and not LSPDFR. Source: Rage Plugin Hook Discord #known-issues - EUP Decals

LSPDFR causing weird issues with outfit overlay and modded vehicle windows.
Issue:- As you can see by the first screenshot, the "Component 10" which is for "Overlays like text and emblems" is the main one I'm having an issue with. They don't appear at all on my character, even tried on different models with no luck. (I have the "Paramedic" emblem set which is #66-0) As you can see by the second screenshot, the emblem is not showing at all but then, I also noticed that my modded vehicle's windows were also not showing its transparency. As you can see by the third screenshot, this is how it looks without LSPDFR, the emblem is displaying including the modded vehicle's windows transparency, both working as intended. Note:- This issue doesn't occur at all if I remove LSPDFR and keep all other mods like shown on the third screenshot. And, I have already tried removing all mods/plugins then re-downloading and doing a clean installation of LSPDFR only in vanilla game, but the issue still persists even after disabling loading of all plugins during startup in RagePluginHook. So, I've narrowed down to the conclusion that LSPDFR is causing these weird issues.

PEDS Overhaul
Well, you can still provide manual install as optional. Edit: @Alex_Ashfold Looked at the files and there's only dlc.rpf. So, I'm assuming you can probably manually do this without LML by dropping the "euppeds" folder in "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks" and adding the line "<Item>dlcpacks:/euppeds/</Item>" in "dlclist.xml"?

PEDS Overhaul
Nothing wrong with it, I already used it in the past for RDR2. But I don't care to use it for GTA V because I've developed my own personal mod loader with all mods organized and stuff.
