I downloaded GTA and installed LSPDFR but every time i try to run the plugin it crashes 

I have no other mod or plugins installed and also Rage plugin only saves the settings when i use " restart with elevated privileges"

Delete the file called: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\GTAV\lspdfr\stats.dat

 

Download the LSPDFR manual installer, then replace the file from that into the file you deleted.

 

I dont even have the stats.dat and in the manual install is no stats.dat 

I made a Fresh install of LSPDFR and there is still the same error and i cant replace the stats.dat because there is no stats.dat not in the lspdfr folder  and not in the manual install

Where do you have your current save location in game, meaning where does your character start off in Story Mode?

I start at Franklins House i have a 100% savegame

Ok, I was just checking to make sure you had at least a good save point. 

Sounds like it might be a permissions thing on your GTA 5 + RPH itself.  You can right click on GTAV folder  (since you have Epic) and go to properties and I think it is Security and add permissions for your user.  Also consider adding the same to the lspdfr folder inside your GTAV folder as well.  

Also consider whitelisting the GTAV folder with your AV and Firewall to make sure, but it looks like you are getting fairly far into the load screen having LSDPFR crash on you.  Last but not least, make sure that your RageNativeUI is updated (most plugins have outdated ones these days) if you have other plugins installed.

Do you have a mods folder?  If so rename it to  mods-copy   for example.   If that works, then there is something corrupt within the mods folder.

If you have ScriptHookVDotNet installed (not to be confused with Script Hook V)  remove it as it can cause crashing lately.

No i dont have a mods folder and i only have ScripthookV and the SimpleTrainer
