Here is the issue I am having. Since the update, RPH hasn't loaded GTAV, and I haven't been able to launch it through steam. Today, I used GTAV mod cleaner to temporarily remove my mods, and add them back piece by piece to see what the issue was. My game started to load when I had added everything back except my plugins folder. I loaded it with RPH and It launched the game and put me on the beginning black screen with the RPH logo in the corner. However, It crashed soon after. I did not get an RPH log but it did give me a crash report. Can someone take a look at this?

 

You should also know my game still does not launch with Steam.
