When i get a callout or a message, the text is to wide can somebody help me? cuz normally it just needed to be as wide as the map.

go in your gta graphic settings and change to fullscreen and check your resolution, it should match with your monitor

This won't really fix your problem, but I just noticed you created your character with the help of the LSPDFR character system. 

You can also create a character using EUP. EUP massively improves that, and there are more hair styles etc. you can choose.

I'm sure you'll be supprised by how much better a EUP character can be

try to go ingame and switch ingame to window mode or to borderless mode, maybe that solves it
