Hey,

 

I'm having some issues using Neolux's ENB 4.5. One of these issues is that the definition is always off, everything's blurred and I can't change it, any help? Second is the resolution seems to be fixed, I can't not change it and when I do in the .ini file it remains as the resolution it comes with. Thirdly is every couple of seconds my game stops just for a matter of milliseconds but it's enough to be noticeable and annoying. 

 

Is there any way to fix it? Or a previous, more stable version perhaps?
