Ok I am going to try to give as much information as I can. First I have updated everything including Scripthook for 2699.16

1. With Scripthook installed the game tries to load and then the Rage screen disppears and nothing loads.

2. when I take scripthook out the game loads with Rage and I can play regular LSPDFR/GTA V but the cars are Vanilla.

3. after playing like that and I get out of the game and install scripthook it loads the game but the build shows 2545 but I can still play the game with LSPDFR and my mods and cars.

4. I have no idea why this would happen since everything was working before this update. 

5. I have attached a screen shot of what the build shows when I get it loaded with Scripthook installed.

6. I have attached also a log from Rage Plugin hook. 

7. I think this has something to do with scripthook but when I get it to play with everything installed the game runs like its suppose to. 

8. Please Help

To clarify - your game is running "like it's supposed to" - so what's the issue here?

I did read, but your message gave conflicting messages.

"It's not working" doesn't tell me what isn't working - whether this is a game crash or something else.

I think this has been moved. I put things that I documented from whats happening so. I have the screenshot and the log as well attached.  I have never seen this happen.

One time the game loads fine without scripthook.  but the cars are vanilla. 

when I install scripthook back in. sometimes the game loads and sometimes it does not.   when it does the build shows 2545 which is the screenshot.

Sounds like you didn't update your mods folder?

My mods folder is the same as it was for 2699.  I just updated LSPDFR with Rage and then added scripthook. usually the game is fine.

I have never had to update the mods folder when updating for a new Build.  Open IV does not ask for that. The problem is that the game does not load everytime. So why would that be the mods folder????
