Hello, I need some help fixing my GTA 5 whenever I launch it with Rage Plugin Hook the game freezes and then crashes. can someone help me fix this? here is the crash report.

Also I did install a bunch of mods before all this happened i had updated Scripthook V as well as LSPDFR and after i done that i had installed a huge replacement car pack to make the cars in game more realistic

The car pack I had installed was the Vanillaworks Extended Pack [Add-On | OIV | Tuning | Liveries] 2.5

Also sorry if its just in a note document i had to send it that way since it would not let me send it any other way

Load fully into gta5 story mode then tab out and launch rage. 

Nope didn’t work game still freezes on startup  and crashes

Could be a number of things.   Rename mods folder to something easy like   mods-copy   The game can't see your mods folder at this point.  Try and launch RageHook and if you can get into the game without issues, it is your mods folder that is the issue.  More than likely it is the car pack you installed,  research it and you will more than likely find that you will need a new gameconfig, heap adjuster and packlimiter
