The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

In this case the rph.log does not help.

if you have updated gta and probably your mods folder, things in the mods folder are overwritten by the update.

are you sure your installed cars are still there?

all the cars i have are back to default, and im not sure if i have updated the game, how would i be able to revert to an older save?
