so i tried all of these solutions and i even made sure all of mods were up to date and i even changed the mod folder to something else to see if the game would launch and it still wouldn't.

When i launch gta through either rockstar games, rph or even steam. the game says running and loading and than closes. I have tried reverting my game to an older version but even than it doesnt work, ive updated lspdfr and everything else but still nothing works. I have tried looking around and couldnt find anything online that helps. I was hoping someone here could help or might have a possible solution.

I havent played in a while but i got back on just recently and noticed none of my mods were working. I am not entirely sure what the issues is. the game loads fine but all of my replaced cars, addons, mods, uniforms and everything wont load or work. RagePluginHook.log

I deleted the whole gtav save and went back to my clean copy, i am going to just start over, but i do have one question when i make a mods folder why do i change the name to _mods if the iv is going to remake a new mods folder and not use any of the stuff i did in the _mod. or do i rename the mod folder in IV to _mod and not in the main directory?

So i was able to fix the issue but im having a new issue now that my trainer wont open, the trainer im using is https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav and i have all the extras you need installed for it to work but the dinput8.dll that comes with the trainer doesnt allow my game to work it will crash my game no matter what, so i had found a new dinput8.dll that is "newer" and actually lets me run my game but wont let me open my trainer. im also having the issue now that all of the stuff i edited in the mods folder that is now the _mods folder doesnt load in the game and the openiv created a new mods folder i had to reinstall eup and even when i load the plug in the game says i dont have law and order installed when i do. Do i have to completely restart? or can i transfer everything over?

i just tried that, the game still crashes on the loading screen.

My hook file says that my command line has to of the same text which is "ignoredifferentvideocard" but in the command line text there is only one line. RagePluginHook.log commandline.txt

now none of my plug ins like stop the ped and ultimate back up wont work but my callout plug ins do.

game crashes when i load in, or if it does load the game crashes when i go on duty or force duty. I attached the log, please help!!! RagePluginHook.log
