So, I'm using a fresh install of everything, GTA V, RAGE, LSPDFR and even Windows. 

I have no other mods, I can load the normal game and run fine but the moment I try and launch RPH form either in game or launch the game with it, It ctd's when trying to hook the instance and gives me a "Unknown Game has crashed" dialog box. I've tried;

 

Disabling Real Time Protection

Adding GTAV folder to exclusions in Defender

Running in Win 8 Compatibility mode

Ticking the Direct X hook in Adv settings

Running as Admin

Ensuring I have latest version of RAGEUI, ScriptHookV and DOTNET, RPH and the compatibility text in RPH is green

 

I would really appreciate if someone could shed some light on to what is happening, I've attached my log but to my inexperienced eyes, I can't tell what's happening. I would LOVE to play LSPDFR like I used to and it's frustrating that I don't know what else to do apart from ask for help.

Post your Ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder, if you have one.

 

have you tried renaming the mods folder to _mods ?

I've already attached the log..?
Yes, still crashes with no plugins OR mods.

The log you post is the wrong one, read carefully pls

There is no log that you're asking for, it doesn't even get to the point where it can write that log.

You got geforceexperience? Disable geforceoverlay, known to cause crashes

Doesn't cause crashes, but can cause issues.

Got a fix! I had to enable all permissions in the "Security" tab of my GTA V folder properties. Since then, I've been sweet. Appreciate ya time guys ❤️ 🙂
