Seem to be having same problem as several other posts -  Game starts up. I see openeing scene then it gets stuck when loading plugins -

 

Store mode only works fine - I did all the mentioned troubleshooting with renaming mods dir, BRAND NEW CLEAN INSTALL, game then launcher.. nothing works.

    I hope you do not mean the start of the gta story mode with the robbery in north Yankton.

    Have you renamed the mods folder yet?

    i mean where the old guy is in counseling session with his therapist talking about his son - i have no mods installed
