Looks like you played for ~45 mins. Seems to be working swell.

 

LSPDFR has it's quirks, and sometimes it will just randomly crash. No fix here.

I played without it for 45 minutes, but it doesn't randomly crash, it just doesnt appear. Ever

To further help you you can post a screenshot of that box or better a video, driving on duty with a police vehicle trying to catch speeders. Maybe it’s just a setting mistake.
