Hello, So i just installed LSPDFR and ive installed it many times, im not new to it. After i installed it i kept going in and out of the game to see if everything was working correctly, well the last thing i installed was NVE i never installed any plugins, just the normal things such as simple trainer scripthookv heap limit adjuster just the usual things. I load into the game after installing NVE and when i appear in the game all the telephone poles are on fire people are running around killing everyone along with the cops ramming and killing people. I mean everyone in game is killing anything that moves. Ai will literally jump out of there cars to chase you and kill you. i've never encountered this and cant find anyone that has either.  Anyone know what happened or how to prevent this?
