The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

What do you have installed from the plugins?

 

Do you have a ''mods'' folder? 

I installed NVE and some replace cars. (in the mods folder)

    Change the name of the mods folder to: ''_mods'' this will disable them and try to launch the game, see if the issue is still there.

    This crash has nothing to do with mods or rage/LSPDFR, this crash is either caused by a fault in GTAV core itself or your computer, reinstall GTAV and try again
    You can also verify the integrity of your game files in steam library.

    (it has no crashreport or rph.log crash info, which points to this)

    i got it now, the enhanced trainer crashed my game
