Still seems like you have RAGENativeUI in your plugins/LSPDFR folder.

Also, one plugin needs to be removed.

As for the Python question, you'll need to do some research yourself, I figured it out after a while but I'm in no position to teach anyone, barely know what I'm doing myself.

Please send your RagePluginHook log

This is a text file called RagePluginHook. If you can see file extensions, it has a .log one.

It is in your main GTA V folder. It is not inside of your logs folder.

This was a script I made. It won't tell you why your game is crashing 100% of the time due to how simple the checking process is, but if you'd like to take a shot at setting it up the code can be found here:

https://darkvypr.com/checker

I'm not offering support on installing VS code and setting up the basics of it as this script is oriented at people who already know how to do just that (hence the fact that there isn't a GUI).

As to your crashes, they both look pretty random. Try following this first though:

Note that not all files that come with a plugin are intended to go in your GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR directory. There are some files that need to be in your GTAV root, as the ones above do.

@Shiner edited my reply. Check out the new version.

sooo lol it crashed again is there a way that a siren is somehow crashing it or a car mod?RagePluginHook.log

Nothing sticks out too much in this log. You can try diagnosing that "is there a way that a siren is somehow crashing it or a car mod?" question by renaming your mods folder to "_mods", temporarily disabling it.
