So I'm new to LSPDFR (btw if anyone can help me install more vital mods I would be so happy because my friend installed the basic mods following a video) I want to arrest people and most of all see their court dates / how much time they get but even if I do a stop and frisk and find stuff it's really hard to put the ped in the back and it normally glitches if it's two at once. Just now I searched someone that was drinking while walking and he had a weapon on him and I go to search his friend because he has a red arrow but he runs because it wouldn't let me cuff, finally I chase him down tase him and use i to pacify him, his hands are up and he surrendered he was still a red dot on my screen. I couldn't arrest or even frisk he was just stuck with his hands up even when I called another unit they didn't arrest him... I'm new and not used to PC controls but I haven't had one personal arrest in two days also it says F6 to see trial I guess I was imagining compulite coming with the video but I have to hand type every plate IDK how to call it in

Yes that can happen 😞
There is afaik nothing to do in that situation.
I have not found a reason.
Getting arrested peds into the back of your car is broken in base-game.
Most will suggest you get the plugin "Stop the Ped STP"
Unfortunately The DL-page is full of smut and dubious links -and worse Redirects!
It is up to you to decide.
I do not know any plugin that create sentences or day-in-court.
I have figured out how to get arrest success in most cases. The key is to step up to the ped from the left, in an angle of 45 dg. Then most of the times the base-game Q/E menu will lit up.
For cuffing point your weapon on the back of the Ped, where the cuffed hands will be, then hold E. Works also most of the time. Then you are inside the sequence and as the Purp stands just tap on E, then you can drag him to a useable place out of traffic, tab E again, and imediately tab Q. Then he kneels, and are ready for transport.
That is most of the time working in the base-game, without any plugins.

There are heaps of tutorials on YouTube that can help if you're stuck.

 

Also try holding down "E" when someone is at gunpoint. This should solve one of your issues.
