Do you have a custom gameconfig? Did you install HeapAdjuster, and ParkFile LimitAdjuster? Both of them can be found on GTA5Mods.

 

It's possible that your game ran out of memory.

Turns out it was scripthookdotnet for some reason

 

And yes I did have a config 

with those
