hello, I am trying to connect my discord but it keeps saying the following below

 

Your account is already associated with a different Discord account. Please sign out of your current Discord account first if you wish to sign in with a new Discord account.



I dont know why i am getting that message but i only have this account.

    Try signing out of Discord and linking your account again.

    If you press the red Sign Out button you can sign out of Discord, you should then get an option to reassociate.
