I have identified the root of the issue within the Mods folder. The last time I successfully ran LSPDFR with my current set of installations was August 28th. Every mod installed thereafter were lore-friendly vehicles. Below is a list of every DLC I have that is not game-core;

This brings my DLCPacks number to 111 files, which I believe to be the reason. The major mods I have installed since 08/28 have been the vehicle packs and Traffic Plus+, nothing more. All of my plugins were tested on the 28th and there was no problem there. This error (pictured below) has begun after 08/28 when I attempt to StartPlugin LSPDFR:

I have a Game Config, up-to-date game RPH and SHV(.net) (scripts don't seem to be the problem), Heap and Packfile Limit adjusters, a Weapons Limit Adjuster I temporarily used for a weapon mod, and SSLA (for the lore-friendly cars and DLS).

 

I have never experienced this before, I usually crashed during startup, never with the plugin.

Based on my last log of LSPDFR (08/28), it seems that "LSPD First Response: [TRACE] Thread CopManager #1 initialized" is what is supposed to load after the text of my error log above.

I have no clue what to do.

 

Did not have Packfile Limit Adjuster installed in my directory, was just sitting in my downloads folder.
