    Attach the RAGEPluginHook.log file from your GTA root.

    The entire point of renaming the folder is a troubleshooting step to determine the cause of your crash. If your game works when this folder is renamed, then yay, we found out there's an issue with that folder which helps you pinpoint your issue.

    Whilst what they are both saying about the mods folder as a troubleshooting step is true in this case I don't believe it should be the first.
    instead first try launch regular GTA first, then once you've loaded in story mode and can move your character around tab-out and launch RagePH.

    Totally forgot about the ENB stuff... My bad.

    Try what Super said, might just be the conflict with ENB. Also, I just said to rename the mods folder, not delete it entirely. Renaming the folder disables it.
