Gta V crashing when loading all plugins.

I've already posted about this once but i only got a temporal fix. 

 

When i load into GTA V and type ''reloadallplugins'', the screen goes black and everything crashes. I'm aware this is partly cause of eup, but i've already tried redownloading eup from my latest post.
