After replace emergency vehicle and tested game running fluently, I just start modding plugins and callouts. After Drag&Drop some callout like Section136Callouts and plugin like Stop the ped, I check all the plugin and start game with RPH. Then the game crash after the blue Rockstar logo pass.Here is RPH log.

The CrashReport.rcr can't open in notepad++ and attach to topic so pass this.RagePluginHook.log

It looks like you have ENB installed; this affects how RagePluginHook hooks with GTAV.

Therefore you need to load GTAV without RAGE; only once you are in story mode can you ALT + TAB out and launch, letting it hook.

I tried this way and game run up, THANKS for that first. But LSPDFR crash and all the plugin also didn't load.

Your mp_m_freemode_01 didn't load. You could try again as it may've been a one off, but if not try disabling your mods folder for me.

Hey Charlie, I just test it, and the "mp_m_freemode_01 didn't load" is solved, but after go on duty, the LSPDFR Crash and keep devouring doughnut in loop. The locker room's radio and character movements is normally, so I think that game is running but keep devouring doughnut in loop, and I can't move or do anything!

You need to start testing things one at a time, instead of installing multiple mods at once and not understanding what is causing your issues.

 

Anyway, I think the problem in your log is a missing RAGENativeUI. Try grabbing the latest from here and putting it in your game folder. https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases

After installed a RAGENativeUI, I can go on duty with no problem, but the LSPDFR interface which should be show after press ESC key is load as characters sheet(which record the ability ang driving time etc of Michael or Trevor). Not a big problem but something wrong here.

Also, I can't press default Y key to accept a Call 🤔

Of course I will, but my solution is very simple. Just change the timing of open the RPH as your instruct and then install the RageNativeUI as Cyan's instruct, then my game run up and I can go on duty normally.
